the quality of one of our products, please Email us immediately,
and we will cheerfully provide a replacement or make other appropriate
arrangements.
If you have
made an order with us and decide to cancel your order please contact
us immediately and we will refund your money if the flower arrangement
has not already been delivered.

BloominFlowers.com uses secure transactions.
All
customer information is held in the strictest confidence. We do
not sell or trade this data to outside companies. We only use this
information to fulfill your order. Credit card information will
be destroyed after a specified time in accordance with general banking
practices.
Order
and Delivery Information
DELIVERY
DETAILS IN AUSTRALIA
- Same
day delivery is available (Monday - Friday) if orders are received
before 1pm (EST), excluding peak floral periods. Orders received
after 1pm (EST) will be delivered the following day.
- Saturday
delivery is available on all orders received before 6pm (EST)
on Friday, excluding peak floral periods. Orders received after
6pm (EST) Friday, will be delivered Monday morning.
- Deliveries
to remote country areas may incur a delay of up to two days.
- Requests
for specific delivery times will be taken, but unfortunately cannot
be guaranteed.
- Unfortunately,
deliveries are not available on Sundays or public holidays.
- During
peak floral periods such as Christmas, Easter, Mother's Day and
Valentine's Day, all orders should be placed at least two days
in advance to ensure timely delivery.
SERVICE
AND HANDLING
Service charges are included in the price
of all flowers and gift baskets.
- Cost
of deliveries within Australia is included in the prices listed
- GST
is included in the prices listed
- International
deliveries will incur a charge of $16.00. No GST will be added.
HOW
TO ORDER OVER THE INTERNET
- You
can order directly from our home page by choosing an occasion
on the left hand side of our site. This navigation list will be
available throughout the site.
- This
will open up the category page and allow you to view thumbnail
images of a selection of floral arrangements. To view a larger
image, either click the image or click the text
under the thumbnail. A window will pop up with the enlarged image,
once you have viewed the large image you can close the window
by clicking the small cross ( x ) in the top right hand corner
of the pop up window.
- Once
you are happy with your selection, click on the "Order" button
located under the thumbnail. This will take you to the order form.

As you proceed through the order form, make sure to double check
that all the information is correct, including the recipient and
sender information.
- Once you
have submitted your payment you will be presented with a receipt
which you may wish to print for your references. You may have
also asked for a receipt to be emailed to you which you will receive
at the same time. Our Florist will then receive your order and
process it straight away.
All
prices are displayed in Australian dollars ($AUD) and will be charged
at the official daily exchange rate at the time of purchase.
GST
(Goods and Services Tax)
Goods and Services Tax (GST) is included
in the listed prices.
SUBSTITUTIONS
Products may vary in size and appearance
due to design interpretation and availability. Should a particular
flower, container or product be unavailable due to seasonal or stock
variations, we reserve the right to substitute goods of equivalent
or greater value. In all cases, the utmost care and attention will
be given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible
to the requested item. |
